Datapro collaborates with Implemental Systems in the cartographic digitization of CIDE Group

Datapro has entered into collaboration with Implemental Systems to develop the CIDE Group implementation project with more than 140 electricity distributors throughout the national territory. The project has begun with four first installations in the area of ​​Castellón and Valencia, and in January the first databases and cartographic files have already been delivered.

The project includes the capture of the low and medium voltage network (BT and MT) with the delivery of the alphanumeric databases and cartographic files that will serve as the basis for the future Geographic Information System (GIS), and to adequately justify all the elements of the Network that will be reason for compensation by the CNMC.

CIDE was founded in 1960 in Granada, on a regional basis, through the association of small distributors-producers of electric energy. Currently, CIDE has 230 partners with more than 550,000 customers spread throughout the peninsula, and of about 2,500 million kWh distributed annually.

Implemental Systems is one of the main Smallworld partners, the General Electric GIS, which is implemented in the main suppliers of electricity and gas networks.
